Do I need a credit card to start?
No payment card is needed for the 7-day trial. Create an account to try up to five complete past papers, one per day, and 10 adaptive questions a day. Choose a paid plan only when you are ready.
Can I stop my subscription from renewing?
Yes. Open Billing & plans, then My plans. Turning auto-renew off stops future automatic payments while keeping your plan active until the current paid period ends.
What payment methods are supported?
Checkout supports available UPI, credit and debit card, netbanking and wallet methods through Razorpay. The payment options available for your purchase are shown at checkout.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Only if you choose it. Auto-renew is off at checkout; tick it before paying if you want the plan to renew, or leave it unticked for a one-time purchase. You can manage auto-renew and the payment mandate later from Billing & plans, then My plans. Check the renewal details shown before confirming payment.
Can I buy a single mock test?
Yes. On any plan, including the free trial, you can buy one extra mock paper for ₹99. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and once it is paid a fresh full exam-pattern paper is built just for you on your course. It never reopens a paper that has closed or one you missed. An extra mock you have not used yet does not expire.
Are prices inclusive of tax, and do I get an invoice?
The displayed price includes applicable taxes. A receipt for each payment is available under Billing & plans in your account.
What is the AI Question Bank?
It contains generated practice questions based on exam patterns, supplementing chapters where past-year question volume is limited. Platinum opens the whole bank for chapter-wise practice; Silver and Gold mix a share of it into adaptive practice (10% and 70%), and the free trial's 10 adaptive questions a day draw on it too. Its questions are always identified separately from real past-year questions.
How does annual billing work?
A yearly plan is charged as one annual payment. The monthly equivalent helps you compare it with monthly billing. At the current starting Gold price, the annual saving is about 17%. Exact prices and savings depend on the course and plan you select.
